Custom Order Returns & Exchanges

Every custom piece is made just for you, so we can’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order is placed. We want you to love your item, so please check all details (size, colour, spelling) carefully before confirming your order.

However, if you’ve purchased the wrong size and would like another, we do offer a discounted reprint option to make it easier to get the perfect fit. 

If something isn’t quite right because of a mistake on our end, please get in touch within 14 days of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund. Your happiness matters to us! 💛

What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?

Sunny Days Apparel is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages.
